Survived by children, Julia Olivine Olmstead, Gerri (Frank) Chappuis, Judy (Ted) Mesjak, Tom (Dottie) Olmstead; 13 grandchildren: Deb, Mike, John, Jeni, Elizabeth, Margaret, Katie, Amy, Sean, Jeremy, David, Matthew, Theresa; 16 great-grandchildren; brothers, Norman (Vi) Rooney, Donald (Charlene) Rooney. Active member of St. Bridget Parish for over 50 years. Member of the Dominican Laity for 61 years. Taught remedial reading many years. Mass of Christian Burial Wed, 11 am at St. Bridget Catholic Church, 3811 Emerson Ave N., Mpls. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Tues, 6-8 pm at Malone Funeral Home, Fremont and Lowry Aves N, Mpls. with Rosary at 7:30 pm. Visitation also one hour prior to Mass at Church.
