Larson, Shirley H. 88, of Wells, MN, died Aug. 4, 2014 at Country Neighbors in Mapleton, Minnesota. Funeral services will be Fri., Aug. 8th, 2014 at 11AM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wells, MN. Visitation will be Thurs., Aug. 7, 4-8 PM at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells, and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Pastor Laurie Stoeger will officiate and burial will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home of Wells is in charge of arrangements. brussheitner.com She is survived by her children: Stephen (Joan) Larson of New Ulm, Deborah Whittington of Wells, William Larson of Merrifield, MN, Shelley (Charles) Tibodeau of Wells, Christopher (Resa) Larson of Independence, MN, Carolyn (Michael) Wedin of Nisswa; 12 grandchildren: Kristen Strauss, Adam and Phillip Whittington, Samuel, Cameron and Hannah Larson, Lesley Tibodeau, Lyssa (Jade) Warmka, Ashley (Adam) Grunzke, Allison Schmidt, Abbey (Sam) Curtis, and Ethan Larson; great-grandchildren, Jelena Strauss, Emmett Strauss, Hudson Warmka, Paisley Grunzke, and Hadley Grunzke; brothers, Donald and Robert (Jane) Blockhus; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Chick, grandson William "Billy" Larson, and sister-in-law Wanda Blockhus.
