Paul H. Albrightson
Albrightson Paul H., died at age 94 in Minneapolis on 2/22/02. Preceded in death by his wife, Bernice, with whom he owned and operated The Coffee Shoppe in New Richmond, WI, from 1930 until 1945. From 1946 until his retirement in 1972, he ran the First National Insurance Agency in New Richmond. He loved being involved in civic affairs, often in a leadership role, including Kiwanis, Community Chest, St. Croix Republicans, New Richmond Golf Club and First Lutheran Church. Survivors include his daughters, Diane Thompson of Aberdeen, SD, and Sonya Fouts of Portland, OR; son, Jon of Mpls; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at First Lutheran Church, 258 North Third Street, New Richmond, on Monday, March 4, at 11:00 am. Memorials are preferred to ELCA World Hunger or the First Lutheran Church in New Richmond.
