Anderson Robert ``R.Q.'', age 69, of Plymouth, died February 27, 2002. Preceded in death by son, Mark. Past President P.E.P.S.A. Thirty year employee of Hennepin County. He will be deeply missed by wife of 42 years, Honey; children, Robbin (Randy) Shawd, Cindy (Wes) Moberg, Scott (Kerry), Douglas; grandchildren, Jennifer, Samantha, Christopher; brother, Sydney III (Sally); father, Marshall Sigford (Maxine); other relatives and friends.
