Marilyn J. Fredstrom

Fredstrom Marilyn J., 80, Baxter, died Feb. 27, 2002 in Brainerd. She was born 1/25/22 in Mpls. to George J. & Lenora J. (Petersen) Bilodeau. She graduated from Mpls. West High School in 1940. In 1942, she graduated from the U of MN, Mpls. She married Alfred W. Hay on 5/28/43 in Mpls. She was Vice President of the family owned business, Radio Cab/Radio Delivery and Plymouth Oil Company in Mpls. Alfred passed away on 6/6/70. She married Wallace ``Bud'' Fredstrom on 7/10/75 in Nisswa, MN. They resided on Gull Lake. Bud passed away 7/26/2000. She was a member of First Lutheran Church, Brainerd. Survivors include 3 sons, James Hay, Brooklyn Park, John & Sarah Hay, Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Robert & Jackie Hay, Mpls.; a daughter, Laurie Hay-Boros, Baxter; 7 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. Her husbands Aflred & Bud; son, Richard Hay on 2/9/02, and her parents preceded her in death. Services 3:00 PM, 3/2/02 at First Lutheran Church, Brainerd, with Pastor Andy Smith officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Brainerd. Viewing 5:00-8:00 PM, 3/1 at Halvorson-Johnson Funeral Home, Brainerd, and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church. Memorials are preferred.
