Scroggins Raymond L., age 22, of Brooklyn Center, died February 23, 2002 in the loving presence of his family. He was born August 5, 1979 and grew up in North Minneapolis. Survived by mother, Sherrita; sisters Sherray, Angela, Shanika; brothers, Michael, Asa, Ray, Ramon.
