Donald George Blore

Blore Donald George "D.G." Blore, age 67, of Crystal, MN, on Feb. 4, 2003. Survived by loving wife of 43 years, Marilyn; beloved sons, Bruce, Steve and Tim (Liz); cherished granddaughters, Jocelyn and Jacqueline; mother, Edith; sister, Betty; brother, William; uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and many friends. Preceded in death by father, Banyor; and brother, James. Don was born in Linton, ND and raised in Minot, ND, graduating from Minot High School and Minot State Teachers College. He began his 35 year career of teaching government and debate at Madison Heights High School in Michigan and from 1964 to 1995 taught at Robbinsdale High School and Cooper High School in Robbinsdale District #281. While at Cooper, Don was honored many times by his students naming him as favorite teacher. He loved his family, friends and students. He will be missed by us all. Visitation at Washburn-McReavy Funeral Chapel, 4239 West Broadway, Robbinsdale on Friday 4-7 PM. Funeral Saturday 10 AM at Elim Lutheran Church, 40th & West Broadway, Robbinsdale.
