¼ Pauley Maynard C., age 80, of Anoka. Served as a Marine in the Pacific Theater during WWII. Maynard was a passionate leader of the Boy Scouts of America providing a wonderful source of scouting skills used by adults, boys and troops. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Order of the Arrow, c/o Viking Council, Boy Scouts of America, 5300 Glenwood Ave., Mpls., MN 55422. Preceded in death by wife, Marjorie. Survived by 3 daughters; 7 grandchildren; sister, Donna Pauley of Mpls.; brother, Homer Pauley of Fort Worth, TX. Memorial service 2 PM Sat., Feb. 22 at First Congregational United Church of Christ, 1923 3rd Ave S., Anoka. Interment 10 AM Mon., Feb. 24 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
