Benjamin F. Woodcock

Woodcock Benjamin F., passed away January 29, 2003, in the presence of devoted wife, Marian. Their seven children, Marian Weiss (Ron), Jane Mosher (Don), Lynn Meier (Doug), John Woodcock, Jeff Woodcock, Nancy Votava (Ray), Mark Woodcock (Troy); and dear friend, Debbie Holtz will miss his tremendous love, guidance, and example. His legacy includes nine grandchildren, a happy marriage of 57 years, a successful business owner for over 45 years, and near as many quotable sayings as the more famous Benjamin Franklin. In keeping with his wish for a simple ceremony, and belief that "funerals are for the benefit of the living", he asked that donations be made to Sharing and Caring Hands in lieu of flowers. Funeral mass to celebrate his 87 happy years of life is Tuesday at 11:00, Pax Christi Catholic Church, 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie, MN. A simple lunch will follow services.
