Nevison Catherine M. (Kay), age 81, of North Minneapolis, died peacefully on Monday, February 4, 2002, surrounded by her loving family, after her battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Preceded in death by husband, Charles (Bill) and brother, Eugene Conley. She will be dearly missed by her seven children and her family: children, Marge (Don) Lund, Chuck (Debbie) Nevison Jr., Jim (Julie) Nevison, Deb (Greg) Pouliot, Rick Nevison, John (Jennifer) Nevison, Dave (Cheryl) Nevison; sister, Frances Hutto, of Texas; brothers, Burnard Conley, of California, William Conley, of Florida; sister-in-law, Ruth Conley; 14 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many family and friends. Lifelong resident of North Minneapolis. Fifty year member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church serving on many committees. Active member of AARP and other senior citizen groups. Faithful fan of the White Horse Pipe Company softball team. Funeral service Friday 11 am at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 47th & Colfax Ave N. Visitation Thursday 4-8 pm at Washburn-McReavy Swanson Chapel, Lowry at Irving Aves N. Interment Crystal Lake Cemetery. The family wishes to express their special thanks to the North Residential Hospice for their exceptional care and love of our mom while she was in their care. ``Kay was a devoted mother, loving grandmother, and caring friend.
