Lannon Dennis P. Lannon, age 66, of North Mankato, died Wednesday, January 28, 2004. Memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday at Mankato Mortuary, with Fr. Tim Lannon, S.J. officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Dennis was born on April 13, 1937 in Omaha, NE. He received a B.S. degree at Iowa University and Master's at Mankato State. He was a pharmaceutical representative for Merck Sharp & Dohme, and later for Hoffman La Roche. He enjoyed socializing with his friends, and watching sports, especially football. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Virginia Lannon of North Mankato; three sons, Steve Lannon of Burnsville, Denny Lannon of Circle Pines, Mike Lannon of Mankato; two daughters and their husbands, Betsy and Brian Zwicke of Eagle Lake, Katy and Chris Cook of Eagle Lake; nine grandchildren, Andrea, Ryan, and Tyler Lannon, Kayla and Ben Zwicke, Christine, Patrick, Michael, and Anna Cook; six siblings, Kay Brandt and husband, Ned, Pat Johnson and husband, John, Mickey Funkhouser and husband, Dave all of Mason City, IA, Jim Lannon and wife, Esther of Lakeville, MN, Fr. Tim Lannon, S.J. of Philadelphia, PA, Jeanie Bird and husband, Dave of Clear Lake, IA; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. James W. and N.
