Borghild Gniffke

Gniffke Borghild "Berdie" Gniffke, age 89, of Bloomington, passed away January 19, 2003 at Friendship Village. Long-time employee of MnDOT. Avid fan of the Minnesota Twins and Vikings. Longtime participant of "Fan in the Stands."Preceded in death by beloved husband, Ernest; 9 sisters and 4 brothers. Survived by sister, Frida Gunderson, Bloomington; 4 nieces, Audrey Lee, Janet Bortnem, Connie Wanner, Muriel Coulter; 3 nephews, Jim Gee, LeRoy Leverson, Jim Bloomquist; 29 great-nieces & nephews; and numerous great-great-nieces & nephews. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Mpls, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Friendship Village of Bloomington LCRC Foundation or Rock Valle Cemetery Fund.
