Watson, Clare Lawrence Age 91, of West St. Paul died on Friday, November 24, 2017. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 56 years, Elaine; his parents and brother, Gordon. Survived by children, Scott, and Joy (Mike) Rother; brother, Lowell. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 30th at the Church of St. Joseph, 1154 Seminole Ave., West St. Paul with a visitation one hour prior to the mass (10-11 a.m.).
