Barbara Ann Parkhurst

Parkhurst Barbara Ann, born June 17, 1950, passed away January 9, 2003, after a lengthy illness. She is survived by her husband, Rick Parkhurst; sons, Cedric and Dorian Olson; daughter, Nona Parkhurst; grandchildren, Daniel Kegg-Wright and Daniel Kenny. Barbara's immediate family whom she leaves behind includes her mother, Marion Wright; siblings, Donald, Brenda, Michael, Laura, and Tamara Wright; many nieces and nephews. The Parkhurst and Wright families will acknowledge the many friends and relatives with a Wake Service to be held at 7:00 PM TODAY, January 11, 2003, All Nations Church, 22nd & Bloomington Ave., Mpls. Barbara will then be taken home to the reservation for a two-day wake, Sunday and Monday at 7:00 PM at the Onigum Community Center, followed by Interment at the Indian Catholic Cemetery at Old Agency, Minnesota on Tuesday, January 14, 2003 at 10:00 AM.
