Baker, Myrtle Ellen Age 92 of Minneapolis passed away in her sleep in her home on June 22th. She was born September 9th, 1924 in Kerrick Township, MN to parents Minnie and Charlie. Preceded by daughter Jackie, great grandkids Bre-Ana and Michael, brothers Jim and Hurley, sisters Dody, Wilma, Fern, Jerine. Survived by her son Jeff; grandkids Barry, Eric, Jenny, Joe, Jill, Jacob, Shamika, Julianna; great grandkids, Madeline, Ian and Jamyah; stepsons Jerry and Jim; brothers Dennis and Lyle; and sister Elfie; and many loving nieces and nephews. Myrtle worked 37 years at Honeywell retiring in 1984 and was a member of the HoneyBelles. Myrtle lived in the same house over 60 years with many great neighbors and lifelong friends Loretta, Jean, and Marion Z. She volunteered for Travelers Aid at the MPLS airport for over 30 years. She always had a big beautiful smile and was willing to help anyone anytime. No services as her body was donated to UofM science. Special thanks to granddaughter Jenny for TLC last two and a half months.
