Walter John Targ

Targ Walter John, of St. Paul, at the age of 79. Survived by wife, Mary; son, Keith (Beth); daughter, Deborah; sister-in-law, Jane Solum; and other family members. He was a violinist with the Minnesota Orchestra for over forty years, an original member of the Golden Strings for many years and a teacher of many young students in the Twin Cities area. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. Memorial service Friday 3 PM at St. Luke's, 1807 Field Ave., St. Paul. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Luke's.
