Fischer James Carl, age 67, of Prior Lake, on Jan. 20. Survived by wife, Barbara Fischer of Prior Lake; four children, Suzanne Fischer of St. Paul, Carl Fischer of St. Paul, Guy (Alecia) Fischer of Big Sky, MT, Elizabeth (Jason) Stengl of Golden, CO; two brothers, Frank (Elizabeth) Fischer and John (Judy) Fischer, both of Bloomington; one sister, Mary (Lawrence) Shaughnessy of Mendota Heights; along with many nephews and nieces. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, Jan. 25, 2002, 10 AM at the BASILICA OF ST. MARY, 88 N. 17th St., Mpls. Visitation 9 AM until 10 AM Friday at church. Interment Ft.
