Morgan Natalie Peterson, age 90, died at Maplewood Care Center on January 14, 2002. Natalie was born in Hingham, MA on June 3, 1911, the daughter of Dr. John and Alida Peterson. She graduated from Thayer Academy and Wellesley College, where she met her future husband of 65 years, the late Samuel H. Morgan, while Samuel was a student at Harvard. Natalie and Samuel were married in 1935, and moved to St. Paul in 1936, where she resided until her death. Natalie was predeceased by her husband, Samuel, in October 2000 and a sister, Amy Peterson. She is survived by her children, Jonathan (Martha) and Henry of St. Paul, Priscilla (Stewart) Fry of Castle Rock, CO; 7 grandchildren; and brother & sister-in-law, Henry & Donna Morgan of New York City. Throughout her life, Natalie was an exceptionally keen student of birds and flowers. She was a member of the Century Club and the Wellesley Club. Memorial service will be held in the Ames Chapel at Unity Church (Unitarian), Portland & Grotto in St. Paul, on Monday, January 21, 2002 at 11 am. Memorials to donor's choice.
