Luebke Hamilton ``Ferd'', 90, of Park Rapids, MN died Sat. 1/12. Born on 4/7/11 Castlewood, SD. Married Marian Neill in 1938. Publisher of Hamlin Co. Republican & Watertown Herald in SD. WWII Vet, served under Douglas MacArthur. Received the Purple Heart, Bronze Star & Medal of Commendation. Active in VFW, American Legion, Headwaters Barbershop Chorus & many committees. Executive manager of the Park Rapids Chamber of Commerce for 6 years. Survived by 2 sons, Jon (Jeanne) Waconia, MN, Neill (Fran) Brookfield, WI; 2 grandchildren, Jon (Judith) Royal Oak, MI, Michelle, Peace Corp., Dominican Republic; 2 step-grandchildren, Jara (Mark) and Kyle (Jill).
