Survived by sons, Dr. Duane (Barbara) Johnson, Donald (Sandie) Johnson, Thomas (Joyce) Johnson; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Bernice (Jack) Hines; 3 nephews; and many family members and friends.
