Underdahl, Elaine Dorothy age 86 of Shoreview, MN passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus at the University of Minnesota Hospital, Minneapolis, MN on April 8, 2017. Funeral service on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 11 AM at St. John 's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 9141 County Rd. 101, Maple Grove, MN with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Interment St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Maple Grove, MN. She was a loving, devoted wife and mother. A very special time in Elaine's life was when she was a St. Paul Winter Carnival Princess. Elaine is preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Dorothy, son-in-law, Zack and brother, Floyd. Survived by her husband, Russell Underdahl, Sr.; children Russell (Lyn) Underdahl, Jr., Lorie Ingram and Elaine Zarracina; grandchildren, Chase and Adam Underdahl, Blake and Jasmine Ingram, Natalie and Elaine Zarracina, great-granddaughters, Hayden and Brooklyn; step-grandchildren, Shawn (Shannon) Bohlsen, Ethan, Kaden, Libby and Hattie, Joy (Dave) Martin, Maddy, Hayley and Taylor.
