Bullert Omer Armen, 76, of Columbia Heights, passed away January 6 at the Delano Health Care Center. Funeral service is Wednesday, January 9, 2:00 PM at St. James Lutheran Church in Howard Lake. Visitation 2 hours prior to service at church. Interment Howard Lake City Cemetery.
