Helen C. Jensen

Jensen Helen C. Jensen, 87, of Conover, WI, died Thurs., Dec. 27, 2001 at the Wausau Hospice House. Helen was born Oct. 23, 1914 in Omaha, NE, daughter of Frank and Adele (Palmquist) Johanson. On Oct. 2, 1937, she married Ernest A. Jensen. Following their marriage the couple lived in Downers Grove, IL, Minneapolis, MN, Conover, WI and Englewood, FL. Survivors include her husband, Ernest A. Jensen of Conover; her daughter & son-in-law, Barbara & B.F. Powell of Wausau; 3 sons, Philip & Mickey Jensen of Elgin, IL, Stephen & Karen Jensen of Owatonna, MN and David & Deedy Jensen of Contoocook, NH; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters, Ruth Petersen of Atlantic, IA and BEtty Chamerlin of Estes Park, CO; and many nieces & nephews. Memorial services were held on Monday, Dec. 31, 2001.
