Meisel, Arthur E. age 95, of Richfield, passed on Feb. 17, 2014. He was born in St. Paul, MN on March 16, 1918. Preceded in death by wives, Lorraine and Evelyn and brother, Rev. Dr. Donald M. Meisel. Survived by son, Paul (Pat) Meisel; daughter, Shirley (Bill) Baxter; stepson, Mike (Cheri) Seeman; 7 grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren. Art was a graduate of Mechanic Arts H.S. and Macalester College. He served in the U.S. Navy in WWII and had a career in sales. Graveside service 10:45 AM, Wed., Feb. 19 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. First Memorial Chapel Mpls. 612-825-4567
