Johnsen, Inga Marie age 87, of Tonsberg, Norway, passed away February 13, 2014. She was born on a farm outside of Tonsberg, but had spent more than 40 years of her life living in Minneapolis before returning to live in her native Norway in 1996. Inga moved to Minneapolis, where she had many relatives, in 1952. She traveled back to Norway many times over the years to visit family, but she soon became an American citizen and worked for many years in bookkeeping at Control Data, Sears and Hennepin County. In 1964 she married Kaare who also had moved to Minnesota from Norway. Inga and her husband were active in the Norwegian community, as well as their church. Since 1996 they had been residing in Norway, close to relatives and friends. Inga is survived by her son Steven, daughter-in-law Marianne, stepdaughter Kirsten, sister Lovise and many nieces and nephews in Norway and the United States.
