Hines, Mary Lou (Fadell) age 79, of Edina. Mother, grandmother and great-grandmother went home to God on Jan. 13, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. Preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Sue; and brothers, Michael and Richard. Survived by her loving husband, Tom; children, Peter (Claudia) Hines, Linda (Michael) Laak, Nancy Grady, Joseph (Janet) Hines, Susan (Stephen) Fox and Margaret Hines; grandchildren, Rob, Joe, Allison, Jennifer, Gregory, Taylor, Sarah, Emily, Katherine, Sam, Sophie; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Trisha (Tom) Blessing, Kathleen Benson and Linda (Patrick) Stubbs. Mary Lou had many dear friends from bridge club with whom she shared her life stories. She was a devoted wife and mother who cared about faith, family and friends. She will be remembered for her beautiful gardens, love of plants and flowers, and her skill in playing bridge, poker and dominos. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday Jan. 17, 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 5071 Eden Ave., Edina.
