Melcher, Rose Ann age 47, of Brooklyn Park. Born and raised in Columbia Heights, an animal lover, who enjoyed traveling to warm places and was fond of helping others. She is preceded in death by father, Norman Melcher. She will be deeply missed by her mother, Mary Ann; siblings, Stephen Melcher, Andrew Melcher, Mary Jane Welch, Elaine Melcher, Rita Johnson, Anita Pilarski, Edward Melcher; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
