Survived by his wife of 37 years, Ann; son, Leigh Middag (Lisa Larson) of Savage, MN; daughter, Lisa Middag (Tony Nelson) of Minneapolis, MN; daughter, Kimberly (Mike) McDonald of New Richmond, WI; son, Kristofer (Kenzie) Middag of Cambridge, MN; grandchildren, Sophie, Evan, Ty, Caden, and Laike; sister, Gwen (John) Nordwall of Hopkins, MN; sister, Gail (Dan) Leverentz of Plymouth, MN; brother, Greg (Karen) Middag of Ketchikan, AK; sister, Glenda (Steve) Shaffer of Barrington Lake, IL; brothers-in-law, Leon (Mary) Guild of Medford, OR, and Stanley (Martha) Klekotka of Virginia, MN; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Memorial service Monday, October 11, 5 pm, Cullen Funeral Home. Visitation 2 hours prior. Reception follows service at 6 pm, R&D Catering Banquet Facility, 1490 131st St., New Richmond.
