Tony Shanley

Shanley, Tony Age 49, of Mound. Tony was a loving husband and father. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He coached youth baseball and football, as well as being a sponsor for many years in youth baseball, and was an active member of the Mound American Legion Post #398. Tony will be greatly missed by family, friends and the entire Westonka community. Preceded in death by father, Bob Shanley. Survived by wife, Marcy Shanley and son, Buster Shanley; mother, DeDe Shanley; brothers, John (Rose) Shanley and Vance Shanley; niece, Rachel Shanley; nephew, Andy Shanley; great niece, Christina Shanley; parents-in- law, Jerry and Gen Hall; sister-in-law, Jane (Jeff) Pool, and their children, Courtney and Jason (Wendy). Memorial service Friday, October 8, 2010 at 11 AM St John's Lutheran Church, 2451 Fairview Lane, Mound (952-472- 1416). A gathering of family and friends will take place for 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Private family interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
