Alex Luther Smoot

Smoot, Alex Luther age 74, of Howard Lake, passed peacefully Oct. 1. Survived by loving wife, Georgeanna; children, Alison (Mike), Alana (Norris), Leann (Jeff), Wendy (Jay), Rafael, and Francis; many grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Alex was a loving husband, father, and true friend to those who had the privilege of knowing him. May he sing in our hearts forever. Service Sat., Oct. 9 at 10:30 AM, Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 7809 Cty. Rd. 35 W., Annandale, MN. Luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family.
