Forbes, Dorothy Mae 90, of Cloquet, died Wednesday, September 22, 2010 in the Lighthouse of Cloquet. She was born in 1920 in Waseca, the daughter of Theodore and Blanche Bilben. She married Campbell Forbes in 1944 in England. Dorothy was a registered nurse and served as a Second Lieutenant Army nurse during World War II. She was preceded in death by her husband; brother, Stan Bilben and a sister, Marian Heagerty. Dorothy is survived by her three children, Laurie (John) Danielson of Duluth, Susanne McEvoy of Connecticut and Douglas (Diane) Forbes of Burnsville, MN; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Harriett Bartosch of Medford, MN and a brother, Warren (Ad) Bilben of International Falls. Memorial Service will be 11:30 a.m., Saturday, October 2, 2010 in Atkins-Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St., Cloquet, (218) 879-7184, followed by a luncheon in the Fireside Room of the funeral home.
