Budman, Kelly (Dorothy) Mother, daughter, sister and friend. Age 62. Died 9/18/10 after a courageous battle with cancer. Former employee of NWA and Health Partners. Preceded in death by husband, William; parents, John & Ruth Kelley. Survived by daughter, Kim (Jim) Higgins; granddaughter, Kaitlyn; sister, Char (Ed) Jackson; brothers, Mike (Barb), David, Joe (Pam), Larry (Pam) Kelley. Special thanks to Kay Curtis and Barb Martin. Celebration of her life Thursday, 9/30/2010 from 4-7 PM at VFW 111 So Concord, So. St. Paul.
