Zaccardi, Adam J. age 32, of Mpls, accidentally on Friday, Sept. 10, 2010. Survived by longtime girlfriend, Sara Bialke; sons, Adam and Gage; father, Frank; mother, Phyllis Harris; brothers, Steve, Joe (Mandi), and Matt; nephews, Oliver and Zander "Z". Also survived by many friends and family. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
