Robinson, Wayne Laverne age 85, of Minneapolis, MN passed away December 20, 2015 with his family by his side. Preceded in death by parents, Harry and Adelia Robinson; brothers, Donald and Lloyd Robinson; sister, Jeanette Robinson; granddaughters, Dana Langlands, Tracy Williford and Leslie Williford. Survived by children, Rosann Williford, John Robinson, Jill Frantzen; grandchildren, Bonnie Donaldson, Zane Robinson, Laid Frantzen, Sara Robinson Spindler, Abigail Williford; great-grandchildren, Justin Langlands, Madison Langlands, Zachary Donaldson, Hailey Donaldson; great-great-grandchild Meya Batty. Memorial was held for Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 2:30 PM at the Mount Miguel Covenant Village in Spring Valley, CA. A gifted athlete in the fields of boxing, basketball, baseball and football, he was affectionately nicknamed "Big Swede," and he was be remembered not only for his accomplishments in athletics, but for his larger than life personality and caring heart.
