Ella E. Richter
Richter, Ella E. Born in Brainerd, MN on January 29, 1917 to Anna & Ole Warlof, parents now deceased, passed away on November 16, 2015. She was preceded in death by husband, Edward Richter of 61 1/2 years of marriage; her brother, Warren Warlof; sisters, Dorothy & Eileen; and nephew, Tom. She is survived by her niece, two nephews, and nine great nieces and nephews. She was an avid reader and travelled to many countries, as well as loved to cross stitch and line dancing. During her years she held secretarial positions in Brainerd; Camp Patrick Henry out of Williamsburg, VA; Rochester, MN; Little Falls; and Cargill Inc, Wayzata. She volunteered many years at Shirley Hills in Mound and the arboretum. She was a 50 plus year member of Eastern Star & held office of Worthy Matron. She was an active 50 year member of Bethel United Methodist Church. A memorial service in her honor will be held at Bethel United Methodist Church, 2116 Commerce Blvd, Mound, on Friday, November 20th at 2:00 PM with visitation one hour prior to the service.
