Weikle, Russell E. age 81, of Woodbury, passed away Oct. 27, 2015 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Preceded in death by parents, Earl and Grace Weikle; and sister-in-law, Evette Weikle. Survived by son, Brian (Melinda) of Robbinsdale; daughter, Lisa Weikle of Mpls.; brothers, Willard (Arlene) of Mpls., Gary of Mpls., Bobby (Peggy) of Lakeville; sister, LaVonne Callahan of WI; 9 nieces and nephews; many great-nieces & nephews; and friends. Russell retired from Mn/DOT after 30 years of service, and also worked as the Director at the Bridge Center of St. Paul. Russell enjoyed traveling, bridge, music and tennis. Memorials preferred to Alzheimer's Association of MN. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
