Shannon, Janet B. Age 77, of Eden Prairie, passed away on March 4, 2023. She is now forever reunited with parents Harry and Mabel, son Harold, and stepdaughter Kelly. She was an ordained Presbyterian minister, author, loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. Janet lived a strong Christian faith, exemplified in her writing. She loved traveling, reading, Scrabble, and the color yellow. Survived by husband, James, sister Frances (Dick), daughter Deborah (Rich), stepdaughter Jennifer, stepsons Tim (April), Dan (Tracey), grandchildren Lucy, Leo, Chase and Bridgett, many other relatives and friends. Service (streaming available) 1:00 pm, Wednesday, March 15 at Oak Grove Presbyterian Church, 2200 Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, MN 55431. Memorials may be made to Oak Grove Presbyterian Church.
