Hansen, Ronald V. Sr. born June 16, 1948 to Wallace and Harriet Hansen, passed away unexpectedly the morning of December 1st. A formal resident of Prior Lake, MN he retired to his dream of living on the lake in Backus, MN. Services will be at 11am on December 13th, at the VFW in Richfield, MN. Interment will be on Tuesday at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery. Ron proudly served his country. He volunteered for The US Army and was a non combat Vietnam veteran. He frequented the local Legion with his wife of 47 years. Ronald is preceded in death by his mother and father and son Ronald Jr. He is survived by his wife Christine; daughter, Deana (Charlie); son, Charles; four grandsons, Jacob, Tyler, Hunter, and Carter; and brothers, Richard (Barb) and Randy (Loray). In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local VFW or Legion. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
