Miske, Mary Joan "Mary Jo" January 15th 1940 - November 27th 2021. Survived by husband Frank A. Miske Jr. of 64 years, sons Frank A. Miske III (Patrice), Stephan Miske (Cathy), Joseph Miske (Linda), Jeffry Miske (Susan), brother Don Gilles (Annette), many nieces, nephews, 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 goats. Mary Jo was a most caring, devoted, compassionate, loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her Catholic faith, baking, traveling, shopping, reading & gardening. Mary Jo met Frank at Vocational High School in Minneapolis, Frank claims she is the reason he was able to pass his classes. Frank & Mary Jo were married July 20, 1957 and started a family. Together they opened Custom Business Forms in 1969 where Mary Jo held many roles including head of personnel and accounts receivable/payable. Mary Jo was also co-owner of Envelope Specialties and Qwik Seal. Mary Jo was a strong woman of faith and remained very active in her church communities especially at Sacred Heart Polish Catholic Church in NE Minneapolis, where she held the role of treasurer. Mary Jo is preceded in death by her parents Samuel Leone and Evelyn Gilles (Arthur) and brother Gerald Leone. A special thanks to her caregivers at Brighton Hospice, Whitney Houge and Compassionate Home Care.
