O'Donnell, Francis James age 92 of Bloomington, passed on November 27, 2021. Survived by daughters, Helen Anne & Tammie Jean, and sons Joseph Edward (Valerie) & Steven James; granddaughters Chelsa, Haley, Julia, Kyrie, Renee, Samantha & Tara; grandsons Adam, Andrew, Sean, Thomas, TJ, & Todd; multiple great-grandchildren; and sibling Thomas; many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Darlene (Boots); daughter Sherri & infant son John; siblings Roy & Virginia. Fran was an avid golfer, a business owner in S. Minneapolis, and worked for the City of Bloomington in retirement. No services are planned per Fran's request. A celebration of life event will be scheduled at a later date.
