Sullivan, Bradly age 34 of Monticello, went to be in the glory of the Lord on Friday, November 19, 2021. Brad was a dedicated employee of Diversified Plastics, Inc. He is survived by loving wife, Tiffany; daughter, Grace; parents, Tom and Ann; brother, Tony (Nikki Biehn); mother-in-law, Kristina Caneff; sister-in-law, Coco; nieces, Destyni and Chanel; grandma, Marie Wollak; beloved "girls", Bailey and Laila; and many other family and numerous friends. Memorial service Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 4 PM, with visitation beginning at 2 PM, at the Monticello Community Center - Mississippi Room, 505 Walnut St, Monticello 55362.
