Alugo, Olufemi Olusegun Age 65, of Plymouth, MN passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Olufemi was born November 21, 1955, in Abeokuta Ogun State, Nigeria. The son of Alfred and Aliake Alugo. Olufemi graduated from Adeola High School, class of 1973. After graduation, he moved to the United States, where he attended Mankato State University, receiving a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration in 1981 and a masters' degree in economics in 1986. After that, Olufemi went back to Nigeria, where he began a career in banking, working at several banks. Olufemi soon meets the love of his life Emilia, who he married. They returned to Plymouth, Minnesota, where they settled. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a sister, Modupe Olafaju. Olufemi is survived by his wife, Emilia, and children: Brett, Kemi, Yemi, Remi, Wande, Dami, Kunle, and Lola. Along with many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. A funeral ceremony for Olufemi will be held Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at DoubleTree by Hilton (2540 North Cleveland Avenue, Roseville, MN 55113). On Sunday, November 21, 2021, a cemetery service will occur from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Sunset Cemetery (2250 St. Anthony Blvd NE, Minneapolis, MN) with the interment at 3:00 PM.
