Joan M. Roos

Roos, Joan M. age 90 of Robbinsdale went home to be with her Savior on Sept. 28, 2021. Preceded in death by her husband, Bob and brother, Bill. Survived and loved by her sister, Barbara (Bob) McDaniels; children, Dawn (Phil) Minell, Stephen (Kathy) Roos; 6 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends. Joan, a woman of prayer, enjoyed cooking, baking and keeping house for family and friends. She took delight in family gatherings and helping others decorate. Sweet memories remain of years gone by. She enjoyed downtown, visiting Dayton's 8th floor at Christmas time with dinner at the Oak Grill 12th floor restaurant. Mom was a devoted Catholic who said the Rosary daily along with other bible prayers. We know she is now enjoying her new home in Heaven with Jesus and her beloved husband. We will miss her. Mass of Christian Burial 12:00 Noon Saturday, Oct 2nd at the Church of St. Bridget, 3811 Emerson Ave. N. with visitation 1 hour prior to Mass. Interment Crystal Lake Cemetery.
