Olsen, Rodney L. Age 85 of St. Paul. Preceded in death by wife, Lauralee Garfield. Survived by Carol Ann Olsen and their daughters, Rebecca Olsen, Laura (Mitch) Donner, Erica (John) Hippen and Christina Morgan; step-children, John (Laurie) Kruse and Janet (Chad) Willmarth; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Marilyn Thompson; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Memorial Service 1 PM Monday, October 4th (visitation 12-1 PM) at Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 1935 St. Clair Ave., St. Paul. Rodney was a Chemistry Professor at Hamline University from 1962-1999 and an active member at Pilgrim Lutheran Church and volun-teer at Peace House.
