Axel, Marvin Roger of Otsego, MN, passed away peacefully on Saturday September 25th, 2021 at 86 years of age. He was born on December 28th, 1934. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, wife, Patricia (Swanson) Axel, grandparents, Fred and Mary Axel and mother, Marie Doucette. Survived by his daughter, Tammy (Axel) Schmidt and son-in-law Brent Schmidt; granddaughters, Desirae Kirk (Howard Kirk), Cassandra Hamer (Mike Hamer); great-grand-children, Kaitlyn Strate, Gage Schmidt & Hunter Kirk, and great-great-grandchildren, Kingston and Kayson; sisters, Betty Perieff (Boris), Darlene Leuthold (Steve); brothers, Eugene Doucette (Julie), Dan Doucette; nieces, nephews and good friends. He shared his love of traveling the United States and it's history, and taught his family so many life lessons. He was a Man of great integrity and generosity! Rest easy in the arms of your love! You will never be forgotten! Per his wishes, there will be no service. There will be a private burial in the near future.
