Branchaud, Bob Age 97, of Cottage Grove. Formerly of St. Paul, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 16, 2021. Preceded in death by wife of 56 years, Joyce. Survived by daughters, Kate Jones and Carol (Bruce) Fox; four grandchildren; ten-great grandchildren; and other loving family and friends. Bob worked as a telegrapher for Western Union and Great Northern Railway, and retired as assistant director for Burlington Northern Railroad. In retirement, he was active in his community, including the Cottage Grove Chamber, Church of St. Rita, Stone Soup, and South St. Paul Gun Club. He received many awards for his volunteerism and leadership. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM with visitation beginning at 9 AM, Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Church of St. Rita, 8694 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN 55016.
