Bakken, Luke D. age 28, of Osseo, MN. Luke was a 1st LT in the Minnesota Army National Guard as well as an active duty Officer with the Minneapolis Police Department. He died unexpectedly on August 30th, 2021. Preceded by paternal-grandparents: Marlys and Paul Bakken and maternal-grandmother: Diane Distel. Survived by Parents: Daniel and Shelly Bakken, sister: Brittney (Tyler) Schmidt, nieces: Emilia and Quinn, nephew: Case and Fiancé' Tia Farnsworth, uncle: Mark Bakken, aunt and uncle: Katie and Ryan McGarry, and cousins: Emma and Evan McGarry. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL, 13745 Reimer Drive, Thursday from 5 to 8 PM. Funeral service at LORD OF LIFE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7401 County Road #101, Friday at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
