O'Meara, Beth Ellen Age 64, of Prior Lake MN and Sarasota FL, passed away May 30th, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Iris Rossiter; sister, Jan Vitchell. Survived by her devoted husband of 39 years, Tom; daughters, Ashley (Jeff) Pavelich and Callie (Ricky) Vig; granddaughters, Brooklyn, Savvy, and Livia; brother, Mark (Carmen) Rossiter; and nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Beth grew up in S Minneapolis and graduated from Washburn High School in 1974. She worked as a lab tech at Group Health and later enjoyed her most favorite job as a stay at home mother to her daughters. She enjoyed baking, cooking, a good party, and most of all spending time with her family and grandchildren. Her family is blessed to have many memories filled with laughter, delicious food, and family vacations. She will be missed immensely. Funeral Service will be held 12:00PM on Monday (June 7) with visitation half hour prior at Lakewood Memorial Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave. in Mpls. Private burial to follow.
