Hiltibran, Cheryl Marie of Eden Prairie passed away March 21, 2021. Cheryl grew up in Urbana, IL and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Preceded in death by her parents Robert & Lois Hiltibran; brother Robert G. Hiltibran; grandparents Isaac & Sarah Hiltibran, Albert & Dena Armstrong. Survived by her sister Karen (Michael) Salmon; nephew Jon Hiltibran; cousins Bettie (Tom) Channell, Chrissa Belcher; step- daughter Stacy (Allan) Laufer, grandchildren Kat (Shane), Max, Tom, Sam, Camren, Zach, Ella, Michelle (Jason); friend David Richman; many friends, co-workers, and her beloved Joseph Homrich. Cheryl was a kind and beautiful soul; a wonderful caring friend that inspired others to live their best lives. A love of theater, gardening, dancing & creative arts; she loved the outdoors and world travel. A strong, adventurous woman; achieved numerous solo canoe trips portaging the Boundary Waters & Quetico Wilderness areas. She traveled to 9 different countries completing 9 World Loppet League cross country ski races, and was the first woman to ski 40 American Birkebeiners. A published author, educator, coffee barista, board member for various organizations including Dwelling in the Woods & The Birchleggings Club; and an intuitive healer/coach that helped her clients overcome trauma & life transitions helping them connect to their life purpose. She was dearly loved and will be missed by many. A celebration of Cheryl's life to be held Sunday, July 11th.
