Larson, Patricia L. age 84, from Edina, MN passed away peacefully at home on November 18, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Ray, Pat is survived by her sons; Greg (Patty), Jeff, and Dwight; her grandchildren, Kiley Larson and Nick Larson; and her sister Kathleen. Born on June 3, 1936 in Parkers Prairie, MN, Pat was one of six children. Pat was a wonderful, loving wife, mother and grandma. She always enjoyed watching her sons play numerous sports when they were younger, and she continued to always be present at her grandchildren's events. She enjoyed family vacations in Wyoming, especially fishing in the Big Horn Mountains. Pat also loved spending time with all her nieces and nephews. Her joy for everything in life impacted all who were blessed to know her. As her boys became older, she ventured out to work for several businesses who wanted her to work full-time because of her incredible typing skills and work ethic. Pat transcribed medical records in one job and would see a medical term for the first time and never forget how to spell it. Pat was an accomplished golfer and played with many friends at Braemar and the Minneapolis Golf Club. She had two holes in one, which was one more than her husband. She also enjoyed bowling and league play at Lariat Lanes in Richfield. Her love of music led her to being an active participant in the church choir and she would often break out in dance when ever she heard music she loved. Friends and family are invited to a visitation to celebrate Pat's life on November 28, 2020 from 3:00-5:00 pm at Washburn-McReavy Funeral Home, 5000 West 50th Street, Edina, MN 55436 Memorials will be contributed to a scholarship fund which will be established in Pat and Ray's name at Gustavus Adolphus College.
